Led by Performance Psychologist Dr Kate Baecher, we can provide team and/or individualised coaching sessions to help you achieve a specific goal, or increase your overall performance in your chosen field.
Using a holistic, whole-of-life approach, we identify and address your inhibitors and derailers; we then build more adaptive mechanisms into your training.
From there, we help you develop the tools to consolidate these new skills and the framework to further improve them. We use an individually tailored fusion of yin and yang processes that draw on mindfulness, psychological techniques and research and mind-body awareness. Our coaching programs are experiential and relate directly to the practical exercises that are required within your domain.
